I don't think pokemon really HAVE levels in the anime... I'm not sure, but I don't think they do. But if they DID, some of those seem about right.

They did mention levels in the Ash vs. Harrison battle.So levels must exist.

Well more than Ash's pokemon should have evlove by now and Pikachu should have learned light screen by now. I am not sure if they really exist.
