Red , Blue, Yellow. 151 Pokemon
Gold Sliver and Crystal. 251 pokemon.

Red: 150 Pokemon
Blue: 150 Pokemon
Yellow:150 Pokemon

Sliver:251 Pokemon
Gold:251 Pokemon
Crystal:251 Pokemon

Well when you go to Cherrygrove city. There is a old man there who asks if you want some sort of tour. Say yes. Walk around then he will stop at his house and he will give you a map as a thanks. Is that what you wanted and this is better for Simple Questions.

Well, actually, each game is different. I don't know exactly how many are in each game individually, but I can guaruntee that each game has different Pokemon and simular Pokemon. But all together, like MegaDitto said, there can be up to 150 in R/B/Y and 251 all together in G/S/C. I hope that answered your question. ^^
