The best Sonic The hedgehog level(EVER! XD)

Its been a long time since sonic came out.. all by himself, but through the years, we've saw some new characters, but nobody makes it more original than sonic himself XD, so, who are you gonna vote for?, is it gonna be the first EVER sonic level, green hill zone, or will it be the newest boss stage level, metal madness? :\ I've played quite a few games and don't really pay attention to many levels, but one of the levels I just love is city escape, its easy to get its song stuck in you'r head, and boading through the city streets is always fun ^^

If you mean Sonic 2 on the Genesis/Mega Drive then it didn't, that was Emerald Hill. Sonic 3 had Angel Island. ;)

None of those options that's for sure my favourite zones are Hydropolis Zone (from sonic the hedgehog 3) because the music brings back so many memories, Sky sanctuary (from sonic&knuckles) the sky sanctuary zone also brings back so many memories, hidden palace zone (sonic and knux) I like the zone design and music and frog forest (From sonic heroes). I might have more sonic the hedgehog games if I would have other game machines or whatever I should call them but I only have a computer and a sega megadrive :( oh and I also have a GBA but I think the sonic games for GBA suck (all expect for sonic battle)
