Um...the feet doesn't look very proportional to the body, shoulder part out of place...
But I can see that you have put in effort in the picture.
Advice: Keep praticising and observe more!

This one's even better than the last one. I had to look at pictures of May to get this one. I messed up a few things on inking it, but that's nothing computer editing wasn't able to fix. Enjoy!
