Pokemon In Diamond and Pearl

Would you guys rather have every Pokemon in DP or should there only be new ones?

Ooooooh.....Perhaps some of the 1st/2nd generation that didnt make it into Ruby/Sapphire, but all 1st to 4th generation would present much, mcuh more of a challenge.

Have all of them in. Each generation has pokemon I like so Id want to be able to use them all.

Well Im sure they could engineer D/P to be able to communicate with R/S/E/FR/LG while theyre both in the DS. Sega does it so I think Nintendo can manage. That would also allow for R/S/E/FR/LG to able to trade, although in a clunky way, through the DS.

I like johto the most so i would like to see them in. but not all of them it would be to time consuming

Theyd have to. I have one of (almost) every pokemon and that uses every box except one, which has my unown collection (all but C).

It think that it would be cool to have all the pokemom, then you could breed with all of them to get all the egg moves.

It wouldn't be practical to have every Pokemon catchable in D/P unfortunately, unless the new region is MASSIVE. But I'd probably get bored of trying to catch all 400+ of them anyway, we'd be talking over 100 hours of game time just to fill the Pokedex @_@

They will probably add a trade feature to older versions, like the actual ones!!!!

i think there should be some excluded.... like the gold/silver ones...they were basically the same as first generation, and not very memorable...there should definately be some new ones. actually cool ones. like, strong-looking ones, and secret pokemon and extras and stuff. extras roxorz111one!1

Well, I'd rather it be, a mix. Like, the 4th gen pokemon, some 3rd gen and maybe some 2nd gen. You know, like emerald and the 2nd gen pokemon, the starters anyway.

I'd really like all old ones, plus some new ones. The DS cards have the capacity to fit a lot in, so I'd like Nintendo to take advantage of that.

And I don't believe in cheating, so I wouldn't want to shark any =P

A well mixture of Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn Pokemon along with Diamond and Peral Pokemon would balance things out IMO.

i think they should let diamond have some mixtures of hoen and joto pearl have mixture of some other hoen and kanto and obviously 4th generation in both :cross-eye

I think there should be a mix of some old Red/Blue/Yellow pokemon, a few Gold/Silver/Crystal, some Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, but new starters and legendaries. And just to make it intresting, no Pikachu.

The new Pokemon to old Pokemon ratio should be like in Ruby/Saph. So lot's of new Pokemon, with some old ones.

I prefer the old ones I just love the johto starters they're so cute ^^ The only Pokemon I would miss from hoenn would probaly be Wynaut Ralts and Ralts's evolutions.

I don't know if it's worth getting on just for Pokemon, I'll just try and get it on an emulator.

I wish they would put all of them. My favs were the jhto pokes. They were the coolest! I think they're gonna pull the same in ruby and sapphire. Theyre gonna program all of them and then make morew counterpart games that allow u to get them all. The stupid thing is that with R/S/E to catchall of the pokes, you need Ruby, sapphire, colluseum, fire red, AND Leaf green! Thats five games!! Thats like $170!!! Anyway, I have all of those except leaf green, which i used my friend's and ended up catching all of the pokes.

I hope they dont make you need a bunch of games to get them all. I hope they split them into each game along with the old ones. ButIm sure whatever they give us will be fine cause they always add about 100 new pokes anyway. and it'll be more fun to catch them.

I think it would be great to be able to go to the old regions, and catch Kanto pokemons in Kanto, johto ones in Johto, Hoenn ones in Hoenn and the new pokes in the new. That would be awesome, exept those who want to train the old ones faster and use them in the party. I also hope that there would be vicible IV:s and EV:s, because if there is only new pokes you wouldn´be able to tell what pokemon gives what EV.

i would just want to capture the new ones. they should just mak it like the original red/blue and make some of them in pear and some in diamond. the only old pokemon i would miss would be arcanine and scizor.

I think it would be cool if they had tons of new ones in there and not all but old ones too. Maybe they could have a time machine again like they had in G/S/C versions.
