If you have viewed the image in your browser before, by actually going to the site, ti saves it in the cache. Thus, the next time your browser tries to pull it from the source, it will used the cached image. So, that site does not allow direct linking. ^_^

first of all, i've got absolutely no confidence in doing a perception unless I know that person well (and in this case I know no one well).
