Fable is an excellent hack n' slash/RPG. Very free-form as far as alignment goes. I found a few things dissapointing, though. First, though there's a huge weapons selection, the weapon types that actually prove useful are surprisingly limited. The spell trees are a little imbalanced at times as well. Perhaps the most dissapointing thing, though, was the length. I beat the main story in eight hours and found that there was no option for new sidequests afterwards aside from marriage and other non-Guild quests. Overall, though, it was and remains an enjoyable game. I look forward to seeing my complaints (hopefully) fixed for Fable 2.

Yes, the length was a tad disappointing, but I was amazed at the graphics. Fable 2 oughta be sweeter =P
