Doesnt everybody feel that the 3 grass pokemon that trainers have the option of choosing from are absoloutely the best pokemon!

And defenitely cooler with there attitudes, not to mention cuter aswell!

bulbasaur, chikorita and treecko, hard to decide which is the best isnt it!?

mine is bulbasaur but they are all so cool, what i hate is when people say that there first stages are ok but there 3rd stages are really bad, but i think this is just because they dont know how to raise one of these 3 beaties properly, with the corrsct training and attenition they can be the best of ALL pokemon!

i live in the UK and as far as i know such an episode has not happened, the nearest thing ive seen to it was one where oak visited the prof in the hoenn region to show him bulba charmander and squirtle, but team rocket capture them all along with a treecko mudkip and torchick, so the gang saves em and bulbasaur takes a liking to may, but the episode ended with the heros sailing away on a ship, and bulbasaur was not with her.

Bulbasaur - because of it's determination and of course,it is quite stubborn just like Ash,lol,but it also has two types,Grass and Poison,so Poison types can't beat it easily

Chikorita - another hot head like Ash,lol,it's very determined,and it's just so kawaii^^

Treeko - won't give up without a fight,and it's specialty of climbing walls and trees,help it out a lot

Here's the order:
Chikorita: A cute and warm-headed pokemon that almost everyone likes.
Bulbasaur: The first grass starter in the whole pokemon series. Bulbasaur is a good pokemon for almost anything.
Treeco: A really determined pokemon. Loves to battle and rest on trees. Treeco is a pokemon that never gives up, same like me.

Wait, did I say next week? Ahhh, idiot... when will I learn?

Okay, I should probably mention animation takes a while when you've got five other important matters getting in your way. Even without those, it still takes a while to make stuff look good.

So rather than go through this again ("this" being expected finish dates), I'm going to just say that there will be a banner in the near future.

To answer one question, Pokemon Chronicles is based off of the Japanese Housou specials, so they take place during Ash's adventures, but they are different stories based on different people.

As for the topic question:

Bulbasaur- Strong willed and yet appealingly cute for some reason. No one would want to mess with one, that's for sure.

Chikorita- Lovely...ermm...wait, well she's cute anyway. <_<; Seriously, though, I like Ash's in particular because of it's jealous arrogant lovey-dovey nature. I've been using those attributes since.

Treecko- Like Chicky, I liked Ash's Treecko's nature. He was always cool about everything, and yet got tough when the time called for it. Plus he seemed to be one of those loner types... it fit the pokemon so well.

Overall favorite- Chikorita. It's charming cuteness alone is all I need to make a decision.

Bulbasaur: he is my fave of the 3, because.....
1- he has so many uses, can reach tall trees, if u fall down a cliff or something he can help u back up, with his vine whip.

2- his razor leaf is a very powerful attack and can cut anything up, basically....Bulbasaur would be good in the kitchen!!

3- he is so adorably cute!

4- he has so much determination and never gives up!

5- gotta love his stubborn attitude.

Treecko i like 2nd best

1- I love watching him chew that twig!

2- his look on life, just relax all the time until ur needed for battle

3- same as bulba, so much determination and stubborness

Chikorita, is my 3rd fave of the 3
pretty much the same reasons as bulbasaur.

Best attacks? I'm never too sure as I don't pay them any attention. But Solarbeam by Bulba in the anime is always executed well.

Chicky never did much outside of Vine Whip and Razor Leaf. I think my favorite attack for Chikorita would have to be a supernatural attack that doesn't really exist (a bit of an inside joke if you don't get the reference, which I'll probably have to explain later).

Treecko would be Bullet Seed in the show, and that's pretty much all he had. Once evolved, Leaf Blade wins.

Technically, they're all cute in a way, but Treecko has a slightly scary look to him, as if you wouldn't want to meet one in a dark alley. Then it evolves into Grovyle etc., so most people who want the cool looking Pokemon usually take Treecko anyway (or Torchic for Blaziken).

I'll admit I like Grovyle too for that coolness factor, but I really like basic stage Pokemon moreso, and cute appeal always beats cool appeal for me.

As for Chikorita, it's just pretty... I can't stop staring at her. *_* *smacks self*

Poor Bulbasaur, no one has anything to say about him. :P

He has a Pupitar which he calls Cruz that is from episode The Mystery is History and a Tallow which he calls Rose and that is shown in one of the Hoso specials which is called Pokemon Investigation Search for Oak!

I don't think I'd be exaggerating if I said the Japanese tend to like Chikorita more than Treecko. I can tell it by the fan worship it gets. Chiko vs. Bulba is a tough one to decipher... probably Chiko still.

It's hard to find any good Treecko stuff, but here's the best I have for now. The third one is definately different.

I am going to be starting a small task competition, just for fun, no prizes as of yet, but we may think of something for the next time, it will be everyone for themselves, and there will be say, I dunno 5-10 set challenges, just things such as getting 5 pics of a Bulbasaur, or get a sig made for u based on chika, or gte a fusion of treecko and bulba, things like that, just for fun mind you, and they will be posted here, what do people think of this? could be fun, if ur intrested, sign up ^^

I'm a huge fan of Chikorita! I love Chikorita, she's a great starter. I named mine Chicki. OH! I also love Bublasuar! Even though it lost it's cuteness when it evolved into Venasuar, it's still a great pokemon! Right now I'm going through my Treecko phase... lol.
