Unlearnable Move?

Well, there is 3 move that ALL of pokemon in my guide can't learn.
I have attach a pic.
It's Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon.

I haven't studied these moves yet... I have no clue what their effect is personally and I didn't hear anything about NetbattleRS's decision about these extinct moves...

Volt Tackle is Electric type Double-Edge?It has even more recoil than double edge actually. Yes, they’re unlearnable currently.

Maybe thay will learn them in Fire Red and Leaf Green. Some how thay will come out and will be able to trade them to R/S.

no it is not even in Colosseum, or Channel... and not likely in Pokemon Box too. Most likely FR/LG that has it. Or else must be stupid Nintendo promotion

They are Hyper Beam in difference type.(except Volt Tackle, which is Electric type Double-Edge)

You have to cheat to get them right now. Probably by using gameshark or Action Replay.

I use it on rom.
That's why they have these move.

i bet you have to bred with certain personalities, level, stats, etc to get them in R/S.

*also knows that everything in RS is hacked all over and there's NO WAY to get these attacks for now*
