Eh... It's too obvious that this guy is spamming like this on purpose. He joined last October, so there's no need for him to start a welcome thread like this. He's also had several warnings from all of you about the caps issue, so I'm leaning towards giving him a temporary ban. o_o; If anyone doesn't think it should be done, then just send me a PM about it. I'll go ahead and do it, and if, once the ban is over, he comes back and does all of this stuff again then he'll get a permanent ban.
