New Form of Battling!

There should be a new type of battling! like sidescrolling or 3D battling instead of taking turns like in the GB games! like to activate a move input a certain button code and u can have as many attacks as u want

Like for example for the NGC:

Jump: A
Ember: B
Fire Spin: Twirl the c stick
Blaze Kick: A+A+B+L and R

Then I would do that so everyone could be happy.

if somebody had to input commands like quartercircle A or whatever they would be at a disadvantage if the other could just select an attack from a menu. using super powerful attacks would probably require long commands and would definatly put them at a disadvantage. so mixing the forms of battling would be a bad idea. but if they made a pokemon game that was like a 2D fighting game, i would probably enjoy that. but, nintendo should probably stick with the turn based.

that souns like your planning somewhat of a pokemon fighting game, i had an idea like that once too

fighting games are much more fun than rpgs... but it wouldn't work for pokemon.

ever heard of smash brothers? yeah, i thought so.

i think this is what he's talking about.. basically like smash brothers but take out mario, luigi, link, and all those other non-pokemon characters and replace them with pokemon. i would totally buy that game but i'll be happy if they just introduce bulbasaur onto the next smash brothers, really.

So... Pokemon Fighters? Nice idea, altought I think if it was ever made, it'll be as a stand-alone game and have nothing to do with the Pokemon RPG we know of now.
Blaziken VS Gardevoir in GG style will be nice... :)
