I’m thinking of buying Helsing on line, but the only one I can buy is the English dubbed version of the DVD. But with me, I only know about the ones showing in the UK and well I’m not exactly sure what English dubbed means and what is different between the original Japanese and the Dubbed version. So could someone tell me what English dubbed means and whether it is worth buying.

English dubbed normally just means that the characters speak in English... so it's basically just like a DVD version of what you might see on TV. Some dubs are edited, too, so you have to be careful of that if you don't like it. If it's dubbed well, the only difference will be that the Japanese would have Japanese audio with subtitles and the dub will have English audio. :o

Thats what I thought at first, but I dont like the part of it being edited :/, Hmm, thanks Lightning-chan ^_^ If anyone here has the English version, could you perhaps give me a short review on it....though tastes are diffrent.

Usually only stuff that would be shown on TV is edited. Things like Hellsing as far as I know have never gotten an edited dub, so you should be fine. As for the dub itself, it's okay, some voices are off, but for the most part it's really good.
