These are cool drawings! ^_^ The scans are a bit big though - it might hurt 56k users so resizing them might help :) There should be a resize tool on the program you used to scan these in. ^_^ Either that or you could link to them instead of posting directly in the thread. :)
But that aside, they're definitely good drawings! I like the one of Bugsy! :)

Iveechan's right. They look too much like the official art. I'm not seeing any original poses here. :\

Image shack's thumbnail code would help with the images sizes or manually resize them.
