I was wondering because I noticed that the setup of Ruby and Saphire are different.... Can someone helop me!?!?!?!?!

Simple questions for this one
The Master Ball in Ruby/Sapphire can be found at the Team Aqua/Magma base. If you missed it, you've lost your chance to be guaranteed one.

Yeah yo get it in the opposing teams hideout. And I know how it feels first hand to miss the master ball. Anyways hope the hideout isnt closed.
