I didn't realize that this was a keep-the-strongest-Pokémon-in-the-game type of thing. My main objection towards Ho-oh is that it's, gamewise, little more than an empowered Moltres with a sprite that looks like it's on a berserk rage. At least Lugia got a new type combination.

But on topic, since nobody is going to vote of that little Moltres clone any time soon my vote goes for Delibird.
