this is for all year round so enter your avatar and illl pm to see if you want to be ajudge and three entries per member and you can enter and be a judge so thats the rules

Latias Lover, you have to ask a mod's permission to officially start a contest. It's in the rules thread on the main Art Gallery forum. :) I'll have to close this, but you can PM me with details and we can discuss opening another contest in the Graphics forum.
