You need a 100 pokemon in your pokedex and the nantional Dex to go in.

A National Dex is a Pokedex that lets you see pokemon form Jhoto and Honen like Deoxys and Lugia for example. You get the National Dex when you catch 60 pokemon and beat the leauge. You should get it from Prof. Oak and it's caught a 100 pokemon Not seen. Sorry. I did'nt tell much detail.

Yes you can, not all but some.Good luck catching Mewtwo!Best advice to catching him save in front, don't use masterball.Good luck again!
