Ok I was just wondering aorund swimming thorugh oldale town to go to slate port city and have found this cave thats called the altering cave
Whats this for

Well, in the cave there are Zubats normally. If you go to a nintendo event or something, you can get Zubat changed to one of a couple special Pokemon.
