The sudowudo in the battle frontier

Well I see that the battle frontier in emerald theres a suowudo.How do you attack it,well I know you have to use a wailmer bottle,but where do you get the wailmer bottle?

But don't you get the pail at the flower shop near Rustboro.

Go to the BATTLE FRONTIER! Put you Wailer Pail in the registered item position. Walk up to the tree. Click select you should be watering the Pokemon. The wild Pokemon will attack. Catch it the way you would catch a regular Pokemon.

You can get wailmer pair from the flower shop.It's close to rustboro city.Go there.There are 3 girls,one of them will give it to you.You can water berries with the wailmer pail.
