Ok sorry,There is no way to catch mew in Fire red/leaf green without cheats.However you can get him in Emerald via the Ticket.

Oh yeah how can you have him if the event hasn't been in anywhere yet.

You can't GET Ho-oh in FR and LG. This is an FR/LG thread. FR and LG are remakes of the originals. Therefore, no Ho-oh.

rukarioiscool, that's a permanent ban for:

Ban Evasion,
Continuous SPAM (also an offence to the other ban)
Also note, that your other account, which had a temporary ban, has been upgraded to a permanent ban.
As for this thread, we've got Simple Questions (http://pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=18077) for the purpose. If you want to offer help, answer the questions to the many people who want them already.
