Spyro The Dragon Club

Hi everyone!

I'm a huge fan of all the Spyro games!

I love them!! ^_^

And I have all of the Spyro games, except for the newest one called, Spyro: A Hero's Tail (which I will probably get very soon).

Anyway, anyone who wants to join can come here and talk about Spyro.

And you can posts pics of him too, if you have any.

Although, I don't have any pics right now, but I'll try to find some.

I have the PSX trilogy and Season of Ice on GBA (and the PSX trilogy has a 100% file on each!)

Besides Spyro, another of my favorite characters is Hunter (I like riding his manta ray!)

What is everyone's favorite Spyro game?

For me, it's the first one. I absolutely loved everything about the game, it's storyline, it's characters, and especially it's music. Spyro The Dragon was a great game, and I really enjoyed playing it, that's why I love all of his games.

Today's question: Which of the games has the coolest music?

For me, it's a tie between Ripto's Rage and Year of the Dragon...I especially like:
Year of the Dragon-water stages
Year of the Dragon-Shelia's theme
Ripto's Rage-Cloud Temples stage (I have the solo version of the chinese flute riff you hear in that stage)

Well, for me, I guess it would be a tie between Spyro The Dragon, and Year Of The Dragon (Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage had some good music too, but I liked the songs in those games better).

Anyway, I really loved the original game's music, because it had my favorite Spyro song of all. And I don't know what it's called, but it plays in all of the levels, but sometimes it takes a while for it to start playing though.

And, of course, I also love the music in Year Of The Dragon. Two of my favorite songs from the game are Shelia's theme (the song that plays in her levels) and the song from the level Seashell Shore (I think that's what it's called).

I've always wondered what that means....

Does that stand for official soundtrack?

If it does, then you're really lucky.

Yes, OST is shorthand for Original SoundTrack, a game's music released onto CD.

Speaking of which, I got the Artisan's World theme today...and am looking for the Ripto's Rage! and Year of the Dragon OSTs

Oh, okay, EmeraldSky.

And I might be able to help you with that, cause I made my own Spyro soundtrack by downloading songs from Kazaa one time, and I still remember what some of the songs were called (this one song I downloaded, called Brave Young Dragon, is my favorite Spyro song).

Yeah, I should be able to help you identify most of the tracks, since a lot of them are just named after the level that they play in (except for the first game, which plays all the different level music in every level, cause the songs rotate).

And I actually have this one CD that I made and I put all kinds of songs from the Spyro games on it!

I even have the song from the level Dragon Shores!

And also I have some of the songs from Year Of The Dragon on that CD too, including Sunny Villa (I think that's what the first level's called), Shelia's theme, Agent 9's theme, Seashell Shore, and some other songs as well.

So, since I found those songs on Kazaa a while back, then they must have OST's of the games somewhere....
