Erm Okay, all I wanted to do was go and delete the post my staff member made about Michael jackson not being guilty xD and I login and this is what I get:

try to logout and then login again
To turn off this security check, change $config_check_referer in index.php to FALSE
and so tried to login with a wrong pass and at the bottom it says, invalid pass, so I know something is up O.o?

Okay I fixed, maybe a mod should close or delete this...
