MAN! At one time I had eighty cards, but WOW!!! I learned this tip from someone. The smaller your deck, the better your chances to draw the card you need. Unless you're trying to make you're oponent over draw and deck out...them make it large!

Hmm...well, 60 is an okay number (heck, I use 50) so at least you did this...and I would give you some tips, but I'm still getting used to this game (started several months ago), so good luck finding a seasoned vet in the game.

I use 40 cards in my deck (only because i have better chance of drawing better cards lol)

but 50 is ok... 60 is still to much

Almost all of those cards are useless, this includes things like 2 Koumori Dragons, Arsenal Bug (you barely have any bug cards to support it), 2 Uraby? 2 Kojikocy? You've got to be kidding me. Then you have Skull Mariner? 2 Pale Beast? Buy some new cards, smuggle some of your other cards and make a 40-at a max, 50.
Thats all i have to say for now.

He could buy some of the new structure decks, like Zombie Madness, that will get him some good cards, and he can use the Zombie Madness deck.
