Now that the ROM is released I believe these kinds of topics are allowed right? *glares at Masato-kun*
OK my Bulbasaur grew to level 7 and these weird blue things went up around him. Is that because he learned Leech Seed or did he gain some kind of stat bonus or something like that? I sure hope someone knows....
Edit: Nvm I think it does it with every level becasue it did it again at level 8. I might have just not noticed it before. This can be closed or whatever.

all it is showing you that it is leveling up and that it is gaining new stats.

OK thanks, I got another question. Is this move Seismic Toss? It says it has no power but it does damage... (He learned it at level 6)
Edit: I think its Low Kick and they just forgot to put the strength in or something. I've managed to see a pawprint move across the bottom of the opponents screen quickly and it has gotten Critical Hit and Super Effective which Seismic Toss can't. I found the first mistake yay! I think....

Low Kick's power is dependent on the weight of the Pokemon being attacked...if you're fighting a Snorlax it'll do a lot of damage, but not very much if you're fighting a Caterpie. ^_^

HM03 is still in the Safari Zone. The only major changes is that Moltres is on Rainbow Island 1 and u get to Saffron City by talking to the woman on the 1st floor of the Celadon Mansion thingy.

Which version was that originally incorporated? I thought Low Kick had a set power in R/B/Y. I never trained a Pokemon with it since then...

Ruby/Sapphire. It had set power in RBYGSC.
