Well I dont know what to do know
I went to pyrite town and I battled cail twice and then Ducking stole silvia and the colloseum's power went out
I got the jail key in the police officers house and I freed everyone
But The 2 that were workig for mirorB they wont get out so what do I do know?

You need to find the missing gear to put the windmill back on. You don´t need to free the prisoners. You can find that gear in the place where men are building a tower. Bring that back, and then enter the Colosseum.
