Okay, I showed this a while ago but since then I've modified the layout and actually added some content :D

not too bad.. i'd reccomend a different bg for your navs and to lose the extra borders around your tables.. or at least make 'em all the same (and same size) settle on one font face / size for the nav titles's and one for the content area titles..
Other then that, this is a classic design and i'll rate it a 6/10

Decent design, very decent. Not a usual color for an layout, at first I found the bg a bit distracting but it's ok. Work on your news section colors and size, it kinda knocks the layouts feeling off. Overall 5.8/10

I like it...It's all stripey! I think you should have a different background on the navigation bar.

I have noticed a flaw, if the font I used isn't saved to the computer it defaults to arial so that is why some writing is bigger than others.
I'll have to try and fix this, maybe just keep the text as arial.

As for the background, I made the banner first and tried to get the background to match its style.

YEA! FE site! i give 8/10, because it's FE and the top banner is pretty well done. otherwise it's probably the background or the font type.

And you don't want to use oddball fonts like that. Stick to fonts that almost everyone has on their computers, like Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, etc.

It might take some time but at least it will look better.

It's very plain. I may consider some more background like white or somethin' in the content. Maybe a silver in the nav. Your banner is alright. The layout could be wider. That's my two cents.
