Give me some advice on these move sets please...

Can somebody give me a good move set for Delcatty, Ludiculo and Seviper
So far I have:
Delcatty[impish]- wish, heal bell, secret power, attract/charm
Ludiculo[calm]- dive, leech seed, rain dance, mega drain @ leftovers

And i was also considering
Seviper[modest]- flamethrower, crunch, rest, double team

*thinks that Delcatty is fine*
*Ludicolo should substitute mega drain for either rest for absolutely crazy healing, or surf to have a bit attack power along with rain dance boost*
*is not good with Seviper... but double team must go as it's too lengthy of a setup*

I’ve never liked the Dive/Leech Ludicolo, as you kind of become Bulk Up bait. Sure, they’re getting sapped each turn, but if they have Recover like Medicham then can Bulk Up fully and sweep your team. Maybe Toxic to prevent that? =\

Thanks for the advice.I think i will change Ludiculo's move set

Ludiculo- dive, toxic/leech seed, rain dance, rest@leftovers.......tell me if it is still is not good, also someone told me that i should ice beam and which one should i take toxic or leech seed.

What should i put on seviper - i have absolutely no clue as to what i should use.

I have decided to raise a fossil for a change and I have picked anorith. But I have no clue as to what moves to put on it once it evolves….
So far I have:

anorith[adamant]- rock tomb, rest, sword dance, secret power@ chesto berry……

I really need to know what moves to put on him and I have no problem in breeding again for them as I have a female. Also what type of item should I put on him.
