I've had glasses since I was in the eighth grade...I'm farsighted enough to not be able to see words on television or on a chalkboard, so I use them when I'm at school, in public, or watching something. I like wearing them, actually, but they can be bothersome sometimes and have left permanent scars on my nose where the nosepieces rest x_x

It ish not a big problem, but I can't play any sports right without it being damaged somehow. My mom told me to use my glasses only for reading since I've had four glasses in a month. XD;

Nope, I don't wear glasses. ^^ I'm kinda surprised that I have the great eyesight that I do after spending countless hours on my computer, playing video games, and watching tv. o_o;

My dad wears glasses though... and my sister needs them, badly... but the doctor's refuse to give them to her. She couldn't even read the scoreboard at a baseball game though... even my dad could read it all with his glasses off. O_o;

I wear them. Ever since 5th grade, (now in 10th) I had to put up with them. At 1st I hated them extremely because I'm used to putting my hands on my face, laying down comfortably, or having that free face area cleared from all objects. It toke me a g00d year to get used to comments like ''I never expected you to wear glasses?!'' and blah blah from friends.(even longer to worry about cleaning them and taking them off to sleep) Eventually I got used to the annoying stuff and accepted that I needed them.

Not t00 long ago on my previous eye check, the doctors said I can either go for eye surgery or contacts if I'd like. Personally, I'm not one to trust a surgery, especially with my eyes. There's no one that has perfected and insured everything will turn out ok, I rather wear glasses all my life than have no sight period. Anyway, I was supposed to get my contacts this summer, but sort of having money issues right now. Mom is trying to get sch00l clothes for my siblings and then my contacts t00, which is extra money. Might not get them at all. =/

I've worn glasses ever since third grade.

I have no desire to get contacts or any kind of corrective surgery. The first is simply because I don't want contacts, and the second is because I don't have the money for it (and again, also because I don't want it).

It would feel odd to me if I didn't have to wear glasses anymore...

I've been wearing glasses since 6th grade, and I'll be in 10th next year. I was planning on getting contacts this summer...but I sorta changed my mind. >_> Guess I'm stuck with glasses forever...not that I mind, but NONE of my RL friends wear glasses. ;_;

I've been wearing glasses since middle school. I'm not really blind without them -- that's why sometimes I take them off, and then when I get on the comptuer or play video games, I'm like "oh crap, where did I put my glasses?"

Tch. My left eye sticks up whenever I tilt my head to tha left(anyone who has seen my pics will know XD) an' it hurts like a headache sometimes too. >_< I was given glasses a few years ago but I never could stand wearin' these things so I didn't. Nope, I've never had to wear glasses. My brother and I both have great vision, which surprises my mom a lot because we both like to do things like play video games and spend time on the computer. ^_^; I've still always tried to take good care of myself, and I guess it has paid off because my vision or overall health hasn't declined any.

I have glasses, but I plan to have surgery as soon as I have the money to do so. >>;;; Don't try to convince me not to do so, because I hate my glasses...not everyone's, just my own. ><;;; I had good eyesight for about twelve years, but suddenly I couldn't see the letters on the blackboard anymore, so I had to get glasses. That was three years ago, and I'm still not used to them...
