What exactly are you trying to do? PHP includes?
It looks like you're on Freewebs. Freewebs doesn't support PHP, so you'll need to get a new host.

Honestly Tyler, I dont' think anyone's going to code your site for you. Looks like you'll have to do it the hard way ^^;
