This is the best I can think of for a set,since he can die from sandstrom or hail in one shot :P

Pretty much standard ,Calm Mind for a boost with boltbeam to cover most types

hmm? but why curse?As you can see my battle style is Agressive...
But Maybe you are on to something...
why remove Blizzard Anyway? it does have lower acc and PP but it does more damage. Ive seen Grovyle who can withstand an ice beam attack...
and ive also been trashed 200 times too many b/c i used ice beam instead of blizzard in the moveset
but Recover on Mewtwo is a good idea.
But that is why he knows giga drain...shedinja is desinged to trash any oncoming Water and ground types as well as other shedinja

Curse to up your attack, and defence, then sweep with EQ, and Rock Slide (if your using it).

some other possibilities are a sunnybeamer set cus the game is too dumb to actually try and negate your weather effects(sunnyday, flamethrower, psychic, solarbeam), or raindancer... raindance, thudner, HP:water(even though you probably won't get this lol), and psychic...
