Hey.
I made a site, its called Inuyasha Network. I have been working on this for a while, but I'm still adding content and fixing the tv scheduales on the right sidebar.

Do you have the actual Manga?
If you want you could start a manga part of the site?

Critiques: Your layout is a great start. I'm glad you didn't use one of those stupid premade layouts. However, your layout needs some work. The banner should tie in with the layout. The fade looks really.. sad to be honest. Also changae your links to something like white or #CCCCCC. You also really need to work on content. You have three pages of solid content. That's not including the sitely things and the character list. I'm not bashing your website but just work on those and your site could get pretty popular.

One of the sharper layouts I've seen in awhile, work on the banner a bit and the layout will flow better. Good work.

Not a huge fan of the layout...
Lacking in content...
You should really work on the site. I do see potential though...

The colours on the layout are not exactly nice, because I've just been blinded. The text size is small for my liking, and the blue links on the red bar really makes my eyes twitch a lot.
I'm glad you didn't cliché with the premade layouts, so that's a thumbs up.
The layout is good though. The absense of tables makes me smile. But the integration of the CSS in the HTML isn't recommendable - I suggest you'd put them in a file. Whatever suits you though...
And I thought I saw font tags, but putting the fonts into CSS in a tag works nicely.
However, i noticed the lack of a DOCTYPE and character encoding - this becomes a hassle when you may insert special characters from a different encoding, and validity of the page cannot be checked.
The site has quite a minimal amount of errors (24 to be certain). So if you correct them and put a DOCTYPE and proper Character Encoding in, I haven't much else to say.
Despite my recommendations for a CSS file, look what the CSS validator cranked out:

Congratulations!
This document validates as CSS!
To show your readers that you've taken the care to create an interoperable Web page, you may display this icon on any page that validates. Here is the HTML you could use to add this icon to your Web page:
<p>
<a href="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/">
<img style="border:0;width:88px;height:31px"
src="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss"
alt="Valid CSS!">
</a>
</p>
(close the img tag with /> if using XHTML)
If you like, you can download a copy of this image to keep in your local web directory, and change the HTML fragment above to reference your local image rather than the one on this server.
If you would like to create a link to this page (i.e., this validation result) to make it easier to re-validate this page in the future or to allow others to validate your page, the URI is:
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http://www.freewebs.com/inuyasha-network/
or http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer (for HTML/XML document only)
(Or, you can just add the current page to your bookmarks or hotlist.)
To work as intended, your CSS style sheet needs a correct document parse tree. This means you should use valid HTML.
