Looking for something old

Before Pokemon R/S Came out, there was a picture of what I guess someone though a zigzagoon would look like. It looked kinda like a small, white and fluffy versoin of a zigzagoon. Does anyone have that image or know where it is?

Deep within the news archives of the Pokemon Elite 2000 website. I mean rather deep - August 2002 is the month where I found the news with the pic of the zigzagoon (and a few others).
