He's right you know, but I will rate it.

It doesn't look bad, but the arms (wings?) look a bit odd. The tail also looks a bit odd, like it is sticking out in the wrong spot. Overall, it looks good.

You've said this is a request thread, but haven't indicated it in the title. I'll change the title for you so people know you're taking requests. Otherwise it just looks like you're posting a single sprite for C&C, which isn't allowed under the forum rules.

It's alright. It doesn't look very fluid, and the colors and shading are a little off.
