What would be good movesets for taking on the battle tower for lv 100's for these pokemon:

Sceptile
Blazekin
Manetric

Sceptile
Blazekin
Manetric
Sceptile: Crunch, Leaf Blade, Thunder Punch, Leech Seed (Crunch/Sub because in BT, it's better to have type coverage over tricks)
Blazekin: Earthquake, Rock Slide/Overheat, Brick Break/Sky Uppercut/Reversal, Overheat/Substitute/Endure (you can go the route of Endure/Reversal or Sub/Reversal, or go all out attacks and attach CB)
Manetric: Don't use it. Its stats are poor compared to Sceptile and Blakekin and you already cover lightning and dark moves w/ Sceptile.

You have double weakness to flying right now, but w/ Manetric you have double weakness to flying AND ground... Sceptile's defenses are very poor in addition to contributing to the double-flying weakness. I would go w/ something using levatate or w/ flying typing... if you want a special sweeper that fits the bill, Lati@s does very well. You also don't have much in the way of a wall, meaning if your opponent gets a sweeper that can hit you faster than you can hit it (or is resistant to your stuff), you fold faster than Superman on laundry day. I would try Blissey or Weezing (obviously depending on which game your playing/what your trading limits are)... possibly even Skarmory, since you already have resistance to lightning w/ Lati@s and double resistance to fire. If you want to keep Sceptile and Blaziken, they're both very good pokemon. However, I would highly recommend some kind of wall in place for your final slot (possibly CursePert)

Would Salamence do any good?

you need something to take down water pokemon with IB and surf, nothing minus your kyogre can defend against that, so I suggest snorlax as one of your party members

Ah, but Goken has a Sceptile w/ Leaf Blade and Thunderpunch... so there is a way to deal w/ them, for the most part. Blissey, from my BT experience, has been much more of an asset than Snorlax.

IIRC there are many milotics who have a large SpDef and decent SpAtk and can OHKO sceptile but, Sceptile can't OHKO and sometimes 2HKO them.

Sceptile:
Leaf Blade
Earthquake
Crunch
Brick Break

Blazikin:
Fire Blast
Sunny Day
Earthquake
Sky Uppercut (who cares about the PP if they heal you between every battle)

Manectric:
HP Water
Rain Dance
Thunder
Crunch

I'm not the best with those Pokemon so I might be wrong

My current BT Team:

Shuckle@Chesto Berry: The Ultimate Sweeper!
Toxic
Double team
Protect
Rest

Latias: The Heart of the Team!
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Dragon Claw
Ice Beam

Milotic: Type: Recovery/Poisonous/Hard Attacker
Toxic
Recover
Surf
Ice Beam

You might not believe it, but I got 35 wins off this team already!

P.S. You get Thunderpunch as a Move Tutor at Battle Frontier in Emerald Version.
