I say 45 is okay.

I want to burn the lights out of people by using some pretty powerful cards.. like Curse of Darkness, Magic Cylinder, Wave-Motion, MoD, with my stallers.. like Thunder of Ruler, Level Limit, Gravity, Scapegoat..
But i still have attack power nevertheless, i put up 3 luster dragons for that, quick summoning, got sfds to lock each other, RFS, 2 this time. etc...

I dont have many suggestions since i dont play in tourneys and i suck I don't think you suck. You could do pretty well.^_^.

I doubled up on all of your monsters, and just removed your Swarm of Loctus, you shouldn't be attacking with it too often, so don't use that Swarm.

All of those are staple Magics, no mater what kind of deck (well Creature Swap isn't). Creature Swap is for the overly used BLS-Envoy, with you deck he may not get to attack but he can remove 2500 Defence points it's a pretty stout defence. So why not trade say a Swarm of Scarbs for BLS, and then remove it so it doesn't kill the BLS you stole. Luster will also stop your little Golem in it's tracks. Never run three Cannons. You may think Storm ruins your Burn strat, it won't, if you play it at the right time. Graceful, and Pot add speed. Snatch Steal is for more field conrol, you should be burning them for more than what they gain from Snatch. I took out Meteor, because it's more useful earlier in the game, as opposed to all the other Magics, which are usefull all the time. Scapegoat will crowd your field in a deck like this.

I think Ceasefire is lto one, you only need one anyway, Waboku is much better than Thunder of Ruler, it's more versitle. Mirror Force despite it being a non-chainable Trap it is still very useful, more so in this type of deck. Also you should run Jinzo with this many Trap's (I only run 9, yes 2 is a big difference). If you play smart then Jinzo will work fine.
