Rain Dance
Crunch
HP Water
Thunder
Rate it and tell me if its any good at all.

Thunderdancing is overrated, it just fails. I use
Thunderbolt
HP Grass
Thunder wave
Substitute

That's pretty much the same for any electric with a bad movepool. Of course HP Ice/Water > Grass is fine as well.

All he is is a weaker Jolt. I perfer HP [Ice]/[Grass]>HP [Water], but that's just me.:D
