It's really really really... lime green o-o. If I wasn't use to bright cute things I would scream. My critique time!

Green Electric PSP Pattern: Do you know how many people have used this pattern since PSP was released?.. And you use it constantly on your layout.

Colors: Not everyone can handle bright Lime Green and Yellow. It hurts peoples eyes and makes people want to leave. What happened to the nice deep purples on your splash screen?

Also make your page headers bigger.

I like the flow of the layout, its a nice layout, but the lime green again is just brutal on the eyes.

to pichu: not me. i can stand it pretty well. maybe you should tone down your monitor's brightness and contrast...

anyway i like the layout, though you may want to change those wierd rectangular patterns in the top banner. they stick out too much. but ohterwise, i think this is a relatively well done layout.

I know i am still working on a better layout less sharp.I found it rather hard on my eyes too.The next one should be blue i'm sure.
