I'm going to be biased and say Naruto, since I've never seen HunterxHunter. xD Though it looks like a cool anime. <<;

HxH seems interesting, to me, but I think I'll always favor Togashi Yoshihiro's other series, Yu Yu Hakusho.
As for Naruto, I only saw the first ~60 episodes, before kinda getting bored. That and my bandwidth ran over. >.> It was entertaining, and the animation is beautiful and fluid, but the story moves a little too slow for me. I'd rather read the manga.
So I guess I'll say Yu Yu Hakusho > Naruto > HxH

Naruto...I don't know why I like it more other than that I do. The suspense is killing me, though, 'cause the manga chapters always leave you hanging.

I perfer naruto I read the manga ever since came out in weekly jump and like
Kill.harp said the end of each chapter leaves you hanging.:)

Naruto~ <3 HxH ish cool and all, but I prefer the storyline of Naruto. It's much more unique~ish.

I like Naruto, both manga and anime. The reasons have already been said by others here though.
I don't like HxH since I hate the attitude of the Togashi... I can't believe he doesn't mind putting his manga on Jump, even if he hasn't finished inking the whole thing, or hasn't put text in (hand drawn pencil text is hard to read...).

I say Naruto too, I haven't even seen the other one.. I have seen around 25 episodes of Naruto andime and it is awesome and stuff XD. The storyline like said above is unique~ish XD. The storyline is great.

I've read and seen both, but I prefer Naruto more. I don't know why, I just do... O.o
