I love the anime. My fave anime in ranking #1 Inuyasha, #2 Case Closed, #3 Zatch Bell.
But in Anime Insider All of them have pretty low rankings.

Welcome! Also. I do feel sorry for Kikyo, but she still needs to face two facts:

1: She's Dead
2: Inuyasha's In love with someone else

I agree with you that she is dead, but I believe she also doesn't really care about Inu-Yasha, but more on the fact that she wants to hurt Kagome. I like Kikyo, but I have to admit, she doen't care that much. Also, I think Inu-Yasha is just torn between both Kikyo and Kagome. I think he needs to just get over her.

I know Inu really needs to forget about her... I mean here's why I think he belongs best with Kagome.

1: His Brother hates him for his human side.
2: Kikyo only loved his human side.
3: Kagome fell in love with him just the way he is(see the second movie)

In other words: Kagome was the only person who ever truly loved him as himself.

But, still, think about it: Naraku tricked BOTH of them, ending up killing Kikyo, and having INuyasha pinned to a tree for fifty years.......So, take this into extreme thought.........

Well when she came back to life the first thing she tried to do was kill Inuyasha. Then when she found out about Naraku she goes and kisses him. Then when Inuyasha start to love her again she tries to kill him! She need to make up her mind.

To answer the question that Rikku-chan asked several posts ago, yes, I am an ardent supporter of Inuyasha x Kagome. I just like to keep my options open just in case Inuyasha x Kagome doesn't work out as planned (which is impossible for all intents and purposes, in my opinion). By the way, I like Kagome better than Kikyo.

As for Inuyasha's and Kagome's kids, well... Quarter-demons? I suppose so. They'd most likely look like the kids in the picture that Rikku-chan provided us. As for any powers they might have (spiritual powers similar to Kagome's, ability to wield the Tetsusaiga and use all of its abilities, et cetera), well, we can only imagine at this point. As Rikku-chan said earlier, unless they make a follow-up, we're gonna be left hanging.
