As you know, I did have layout design contests before but I never made the prize (except for one, but SOMEONE hasn't used it on their site yet and it's been a few months, almost a year). So here's a premade layout. It's coded. Just drop your site title and url and I'll pick the site that deserves it most.

The HTML is validated. Treat it with care. Don't remove my link if I choose you use it.

What!?! xD looks like I'm gonna have some competition xD, lol no prob, your layouts are probably better than mine :P although I can picture the ppl who get layouts from me and that Tropius one all of the sudden going to you for their layouts then coming back to me or someone else after a week, I hate it when ppl do that, and it happens alot O.o and then they just keep switching back and forth >.>;;
