There ya go.I also put the other blade thingy and colored them with yellow colors as the blades looks more like an accesory like the yellow rings in umbreon.If you want me to fix something just tell.

i want a pokemon that is a snake like dragon, color is blue and black, has huge feather wings, head is kinda like scyther and rayquaza, and tail is exactly like rayquaza's. i also want to little marks on rayquaza on this pokemon too.

EDIT : lol, the mouth is still green.
do you think you can make his body move at a different angle, like have his tail com eunder to the right and come up.
also on the head, scyther still has those three horns, could you make rayquaza giant horn like go over the ones on the side and make the middle one half the size of the others?

People, explain yourself better. We can't make a sprite if we don't get a decent description of what you would want it to look like.
