Arcanine learns Extremespeed at Lv. 49
SRV

I dunno, having a Venomoth is like wasting a spot in your party. I noticed it has psybeam, and it is the only psychic move in your team. Venomoth is pretty week in defence and there are alot more better psychic types. Example: Mewtwo, Alakazam (poor HP/Defence, High Special), Hypno etc.. The Gyarados knows two water moves and should probably be able to cover more attack types. Snorlax is not bad but his speed is awfully low, I suggest giving it a quick claw to hold. Evolve Growlithe. And you should probably switch Venesaur for and electric and get a dark type.....5/10

gyarados lv.40
pidgeot lv.40
venamoth lv.40
growlithe lv.40
Well, it's OK if you're in the middle, but later in the game Starmie will give you problems. It can Surf Arcanine, Thunderbolt Gyarados and Pidgeot, Psychic Venamoth and Ice Beam Venusaur.

Cool! That's exactly what my Starmie knows on Emerald Version

About what SRV said about the quick claw:
It's too luck related and it's frowned/loled upon.
