Early the night creeps
over the horizon while the sun sleeps
Fireflies dot the area
A symphony of bright
A festival of light

People flock here
A beautiful sight
A beautiful night
To see the symphony of bright
the festival of light

The moon bathes the spectators
the animals and the alligators
the waters calm when theres
a symphony of bright
the festival of light

a calm aura rushes these folks
a great sensation flows
like the rivers you know
cause of the symphony of bright
the festival of light

Children giggle and play
capture a firefly here and away
they have fun or so we say
in the symphony of bright
festival of light
