it is a good beginners deck. I would give it a 6 out of 10 :D ;)

um..ok I looked over the new cards you got

every deck should have the following

Pot of Greed
Call of the Haunted
Mystical Space Typhoon
Tribe-Infecting Virus

so u'r gonna wanna use those since you have them.

I also noticed that you recieved a lot of Water Attribute cards,
I suggest building a water based deck.

Use the Frost Monarch and keep the Levia Dragon Card as a side deck.

a general tip for deck building don't go over 40 cards

try for no more than 18 monster cards
16/17 spell cards
4/6 trap cards.

as for your first deck post here's my rating

2/10 sorry, it needs a lot of work.

I suggest you just take it apart and combine your old and new cards
and try and build a water deck since it's the most common type you seem
to have.
