One of the parents need to be holding the Sea Incense item in order for an Azurill to be born.

when they mate before that any of the marill's need a sea incense and then they will have eggs an they will be Azurill!^^

evolve the marill lv 16 azurill breed marill one of them has to be holding a sea incence (which u find on the top of mt. pyre/inside)
