in fire red i have been searching all over the place for a treecko and still can't find it.so if anybody knows how to get treecko without action replay and them things?

Well, It sounds like you'll be searching forever then unless you have Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald handy to trade with. If you don't have an Action Replay or any other cheating device, then you can't get it. Trade with a friend who has one of those three games.

You can trade from R/S to FR/LG when you have beaten the game fully and have talked with Celio, or make it faster and use codes : \
