In my Sapphire Version, my Seviper, Kirlia and Nosepass have Pokerus, and I want someone to answer these following questions.

1) Is it good or bad?

2) Can my Pokemon die from it?

3) Is there a cure?

Can someone please help me?

1) Pokerus is extremely good
2) They cannot die from it
3) Well eventually it will lose it but I don't know why you would want it to

Pokerus is like the macho brace, only it doesn't reduce speed and you can still hold an item. It promotes growth which means that you get double the stat points than normal after leveling up. Now, if you want to gain even more points, then, let a pokemon with the pokerus hold the macho brace, and train it. If you know how to EV train then your pokemon will gain 4x the stat points that normal.

Keep the pokemon that has Pokerus in your party, and it will spread to the other party members. It will preserve in the box so you can use it for later use.

Just what SRV said, but in case you don't know what EV's are:

EV's are hidden values that you get for beating other pokémon. You'll need a guide to see what pokémon gives you how many EV's in each stat(for Example, Crobat gives 3 EV's in speed if you beat one). If your pokémon earns 4 EV's in one stat, that stat will get a bonus point the next time it grows a level. acho brace doubles the EVs you get from opponent pokémon, as does having Pokérus. Therefore, if you have a pokérus-infected pokémon holding the macho brace, then every pokémon it beats when you train will get it anywhere between 4-12 EVs, that's a bonus 1-3 points in that stat when it grows another level...

Here's a link that'll show you all the pokemon, all the information on the pokemon and even the EV points you get for beating it.

Also, keep in mind that once a pokemon is infected with pokerus, and it wears off, that pokemon cannot be infected again. And if you want to preserve pokerus, you should keep the infected pokemon in a box, and it will last MUCH longer. I heard there was some sort of trick you can do to make pokerus permanent, but i dont know the details. It should say on gamefaqs (http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/game/471243.html)

Pokerus is good. If you have it in you party the pokemon underneath it and above it will catch it. To keep your pokemon infected with pokerus store them in the PC. I believe they lose it after four days or so.
