To put one's voice on the computer, one would use a sound recording program and a microphone attached to the computer. A sound recording program usually comes as a part of the computer (Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Sound Recorder). If the sound recording program is not a part of your computer, you may download a legally free sound program known as Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/).

After opening a sound recording program, click the "Record" button (usually indicated by a red circle) and speak into the microphone.
