Okay, i got Ho-Oh from colissieum right, easy but what i really want is that awesome dragon Lugia, i heard there was a way to get it on this game, anyone know about it?

Actually I believe it is possible in Emerald. I do not think it is possible through FR/LG.

Ho-oh and Lugia aren't accessible by any means, but there is a ticket to get to their Island. Try this code to get to their dens (remember to turn it off after you get there).
