Okay, I wanna know what's about this grass deck, named Light Leaf's Deck.
This name comes in two parts, "Leaf" is because it's a deck with the type Grass and Light is because of the low energy and retreat cost.
Here's the cards in the deck:

Energys: 31
31x Grass Energy

Trainers: 2
1x Life Herb (Ex: Hidden Legends)
1x Professor Oak (Base Set)

Pokmons: 27
1x Venasaur (Base Set)
1x Venasaur (E - Expedition)
1x Ivysaur (Base Set)
1x Ivysaur (E - Expedition)
1x Bulbasaur (Base Set)
1x Bulbasaur (E - Expedition)
1x Bulbasaur (Ex: FireRed & LeafGreen)
1x Butterfree (Neo Discovery)
1x Metapod (Neo Discovery)
1x Carterpie (Base Set)
1x Jumpluff (E - Aquapolis)
1x Skiploom (Neo Revelation)
1x Hoppip (Neo Discovery)
1x Victreebel (Ex: FireRed & LeafGreen)
1x Weepingbell (Ex: FireRed & LeafGreen)
1x Bellsprout (Ex: FireRed & LeafGreen)
1x Breloom (Ex: Emerald)
1x Shroomish (Ex: Emerald)
1x Dark Arbok (Ex: Team Rocket Returns)
1x Ekans (Rocket (Old one))
1x Parasect (E - Aquapolis)
1x Paras (E - Aquapolis)
1x Ninjask (Ex: Deoxys)
1x Nincada (Ex: Dragon)
1x Pinsir (Ex: Hidden Legends)
1x Scyther (Neo Discovery)
1x Tropius (Ex: Deoxys)

The main idea is that near every Pokmon has low energy and retreat costs, but still can deal great damage.
The Base Set Venasaur got high energy cost, I know, but it's for swapping energys too...
The Breloom also need a lot of energys, but it balances the deck a bit, it takes the not-used energys and does quite high damage.
And no, I don't like trainer cards that mush, that's why trainers aren't that common in my decks.

WHat should be improved?

D00d, there IS something called Unlimited, and this deck is made for that format.

Unfortunately, I have to say the same things for this deck as I have for so many others on this forum in particular...

Too much energy (20 is MAX)
Too many single cards (2-3 singles MAX)
Not enough Trainers (20 MINIMUM)
Not enough GOOD Trainers (LH is NOT a good Trainer)
Too many evolution lines (no more than 3 in ANY deck, 1-2 is more acceptable)

Sry, but I cannot fix this deck in its current state. Use the suggestions above and rebuild this deck so that it can be fixed the way you'd want it to be fixed.
